Caltucky is a contemporary jamgrass/new acoustic quartet from the foothills of Northern California’s Sierra Nevada. Blending deep-rooted Kentucky bluegrass with the exploratory spirit of West Coast psychedelic rock, the band creates a high-energy sound that moves easily through country, folk, funk, jazz, and beyond.
Known for their driving rhythms, inventive instrumentation, and extended improvisational jams, Caltucky delivers a dance-ready live show that keeps crowds moving. Their mix of original songs and adventurous covers has quickly earned them a loyal following, and the California Bluegrass Association has recognized them as emerging artists in the genre.
Caltucky continues to push the boundaries of jamgrass while bringing their electrifying live performances to new audiences across the West.
