Earl on Earth is the dynamic, creative project of singer-songwriter and mountain wanderer Nate Earl Chung. Blending 90s rock nostalgia with modern indie and folk influences, Nate crafts music that’s both emotionally rich and energetically raw. Whether performing solo or with a full band, his live sets are marked by magnetic storytelling, heartfelt lyrics, and an unmistakable authenticity that leaves audiences wanting more.
His performances feel just as natural in intimate backyards and breweries as they do in bustling venues or public parks. No matter the setting, Nate curates each show to match the vibe, creating a unique experience every time.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Nate grew up splitting time between suburban streets and the wild trails of the Adirondacks, where his love for the outdoors took root. After stints in Massachusetts and life as a consultant in Cambridge, he hit the road—literally—living in a camper van, chasing snow, song, and connection across the western U.S. and Canada. Now based between Salt Lake City and Seattle, he spends his days as a musician, model, and adventure guide, constantly exploring the space where music meets movement.
